After my separation, I sought out to buy a townhouse for myself and my two daughters, using the equity from my previous home. My bank told me that although I had impeccable credit and could put 25% down, I did not qualify for a mortgage. I had recently started my career in health care, but seeing as my employment was new it was deemed insecure. I even went as far as too have my previous employer guarantee to re-higher me in the event of my loosing my position at the hospital. He gathered all my information and took my case to lenders that were willing to consider unique situations and he fought my case. Not only did he secure me a mortgage with a reprotable bank, he also got me one of the lowest rates available.

I can not express in words how grateful I am to Don that he was willing to work so hard to secure my mortgage. I know it was his dedication and perseverance that got me into my home and that if I had not gone to see him when I did I would not be settled into my new home today.
