I do not even know where to start to rave about how amazing Don and Alysia has been throughout the whole process. I cannot imagine anyone better than him to handle any mortgage details. My case from start to finish was very involved but Don kept clear and constant communication with me. He was always ontop of things, kept me in the loop, knew exactly what was left to do or outstanding, and very honest. I cannot stress how lucky I feel to have Don and Alysia on my team for my first home purchase.

Don was recommended to us by a friend and he assisted us with our mortgage application. As we were selling before the end of term and purchasing subsequently, the process was intimidating. But working with Don was incredibly easy. Don was key to make everything go smoothly and we had no stress or concerns. Throughout the process, Don was always available for a chat, very thorough when addressing our questions, and very professional. Working with Don was a huge step up from our previous experience with a mortgage broker, so we were lucky we had him in our corner this time. We hope we never need to apply for a mortgage again, but if we do, Don will definitely be our broker!

My fiance and I just purchased our dream home, and thanks to Don and Alysia, the whole process went flawlessly! This was my second time getting help from Don (the first time was when I got my apartment a couple years ago), and I have no regret getting his help again. We were initially dealing directly with bank/credit unions and did not have the best experiences. Don made the pre-approval process SO easy to understand and was always so helpful to answer any questions we had (no matter how dumb you think the questions sound).

We reached out to Don at the end of April and now we are writing this in our first home! We are grateful for everything Don and Alysia did for us every step of the way. He made sure we understood all the factors so that we could make informed decisions when it comes to our mortgage.

Don and Alysia are genuinely two of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It's not often you meet people who will actually put your needs before their own but that's what they have done time and time again for my wife and I.

Recently went through the process of purchasing our first home. We found Don and his wife Alysia through our realtor. Don had our back through the whole process.
